Playground Supervisors : Biggest NEED ! If you have an opportunity to supervise one day or once a month, please reach out to Jill Stoebe at If we don’t fill, the teachers have to fill which takes away from their prep time.

Read-a-thon: Seeking a CHAIR or CO-CHAIR: Mindy is hosting a meeting on Wed. Sept. 20 to kick off and hand off to committee. We are looking for new ideas for this fundraiser. If any interest, please contact the PTO at

WHERE: Nativity of Mary Gym
Volunteers Needed to Coordinate:
Communication
Get the word out in Bulletins; both Nativity and
surrounding parishes.
Coordinate flyer for communication folder
Coordinate flyer to seek out potential vendors
Food
Coordinate coffee and doughnuts and a light lunch menu
Set Up
Work with Jim on setup of gym for vendors and food.
Lining up vendors to participate
Seek potential vendors out via bulletin, surrounding craft fairs and contacting last years vendors from wine and cheese event.
