6 Harold Stapleton 1946 - 1956 Oldest surviving player to represent NSW
1n won both Illawarra batting and bowling averages and captained Keira to a premiership Was the first player to take 10 wickets in an innings in Illawarra, 10 for 13 against Thirroul in 1950 Scored 3 centuries for Keira and took 230 wickets

7 Jack Treanor Attacking LH batsman, left arm orthodox spinner Scored over 2300 runs including 2 centuries 200 wickets with best figures of 7/65 Won the district batting average with 452 runs at 45.2 Member of four Keira first grade premierships in the fifties

8 Charles (Chicka) Knowles 1929 - 1953
Hard-hitting RH batsman, right arm leg-spin bowler. Member of the powerful premiership team. Took 42 wickets at 7.4 in in premiership winning season. Won the bowling averages with 27 wickets at 5.7 Captured nearly 200 wickets with an average of around 10.

9 Harry Knowles (wk) Wicket keeper and solid courageous batsman. Illawarra representative wicket keeper. Rated best on South Coast in early 1940s. Scored around 2000 runs with a H.S 100 not out in Member of premiership team

10 Ted Green Right arm in-swing bowler and capable lower order batsman Took 266 first grade wickets at 11.1 in only 7 first grade seasons. On four occasions took 8 wickets in an innings In Took 73 wickets at 8.6 with five 7 wicket hauls Member of three Keira first grade premiership teams
