In the beginning…

11. Jesus proclaims He Is God John 5: Jesus said to them, “My Father is always at his work to this very day, and I too am working.” For this reason they tried all the more to kill him; not only was he breaking the Sabbath, but he was even calling God his own Father, making himself equal with God
25 I tell you, a time is coming and has now come when the dead will hear the voice of the Son of God and those who hear will live

12. Jesus proclaims He Is God
John 6:35,41 Then Jesus declared, “I am the bread of life… At this the Jews there began to grumble about him because he said, “I am the bread that came down from heaven.”
8: “Very truly I tell you,” Jesus answered, “before Abraham was born, I am!” At this, they picked up stones to stone him, but Jesus hid himself, slipping away from the temple grounds.
10:30-31 I and the Father are one.” Again the Jews picked up stones to stone him

13. Jesus Is Eternal, Uncreated God… So What?

17. Then God Became Man

God Became Man In Jesus Christ 17 For the law was given through Moses;  grace and truth came through Jesus Christ.

18. God Became Man… So What?
Heb 2:14,17 Since the children have flesh and blood, he too shared in their humanity so that by his death he might break the power of him who holds the power of death… For this reason he had to be made like them, fully human in every way…
Gal 4:4-5 But when the set time had fully come, God sent his Son, born of a woman, born under the law, to redeem those under the law, that we might receive adoption to sonship

19. God Became Man… So What?
Heb 2:18, 4:15 Because he himself suffered when he was tempted, he is able to help those who are being tempted… For we do not have a high priest who is unable to empathize with our weaknesses, but we have one who has been tempted in every way, just as we are - yet he did not sin.

20. Christmas:
Jesus Is, Was, and Always Will Be Fully God
