3 What are digital materials
What are digital materials? What software might we use when we are working with digital photography and what would you use it for? Can you find three examples of software that can help use with this? LO 1 – 1.2 The world’s best imaging and design app is at the core of almost every creative project. Work across desktop and mobile devices to create and enhance your photographs, web and mobile app designs, 3D artwork, videos, and more. Paint Shop Pro (PSP) is a raster and vector graphics editor for Microsoft Windows. It was originally published by Jasc Software. In October 2004, Corel purchased Jasc Software and the distribution rights to Paint Shop Pro. PSP functionality can be extended by Photoshop-compatible plugins. Instagram is a mobile, desktop, and Internet-based photo-sharing application and service that allows users to share pictures and videos either publicly or privately. Affinity Photo is a proprietary raster graphics editor by Serif for macOS, iOS and Windows. It has been described as a Photoshop alternative. Google Photos is a photo sharing and storage service developed by Google. It was announced in May 2015 and spun out from Google+, the company's social network.
