Lessons learned It’s takes time and it’s difficult to manage. Step by step. Not all people have the skills to take responsibility of their lives and behavior, so be flexible in policy and do what is necessary. Not only the SCT are the solution but we need real transformation and long-term policy on different levels to prevent poverty (transformation team) f.e: transformation of our our school system
