All four numbers on the card must be used once and once only to make 24 using the four basic arithmetic operations: × and ÷
For example: you get a card with the numbers:
You could use the numbers in this way: = × 3 = 12
So, the ‘last stage’ solution is: 12 × 2 = 24
When you claim a card, you must give the ‘last stage’ first before explaining your solution!
