10. Persuasive writing Scenario:
You have been on holiday and you are not happy.
The hotel you stayed in was not as it was described in the brochure and as a result, you had a really dreadful time.
Write a letter of complaint to the travel agent asking for your money back.

Remember, to make it persuasive, try to use the features we identified earlier
