Kaizen – the Japanese principle of continuous improvement. Every day is an opportunity to get better as a program, as a leader, as a colleague and as a role model. Question everything and everybody to make things better. When you work- get a result. Don’t waste time. Work as a team. Get help as soon as and whenever you can – utilize others experience, manpower and reference points. Have situational awareness – Think about after, before. Teach – pass on knowledge.

Organizational Culture
Patience – change doesn’t happen over night. Listen – just don’t hear, Listen. Respect – value people, understand where they are coming from. Focus – to avoid mission creep. Facilitate, Empower, Educate, Motivate, Inspire and Support. Take Direction enthusiastically once a decision is reached. Don’t take decisions that go against you personally.
