Characters are LEGO bricks NPCs move from right to left instead of background scrolling by Round-based actions and enemy spawning Shooting precision (skill) is approximated by rolling dice Player movement very different between bacterium and virus swarm Enemy behaviour adjusted to fit biological counterparts
