Location: medial side of elbow Pronator teres medial epicondyle Ulnar collateral ligament pronator Flexor carpi radialis

Predisposition: Chronic elbow injuries, history of repetitive overhead motion sports

Signs and symptoms Pain and tenderness on the medial side of elbow
a pop, tearing, or pulling sensation swelling and bruising Failure of to move elbow more than 90o Tests used Varus stress test palpation of elbow

Treatment Surgical Non surgical reconstruction Anthroscopy
Physical therapy change of throwing mechanics anti inflammatory medicine
