3 In this lesson we will be looking at what makes us angry, and how we can control our temper.

4 Mitali loses his cool … then learns to control his anger!

5 I washed them and put them away in your cupboard
If that’s what you want Mitali! I wish you would leave my things alone!! Where have all my clothes gone?

6 Who’s made this mess in my room!!
Two days later … Who’s made this mess in my room!!

7 You’re in my way, Digby! Move it!!
I said ‘Move it!’ You’re in my way, Digby! Move it!! Later, on the school playground …

8 Why? Has he lost his cool again?
I should keep away from Mitali!

9 Mitali, I warned you that if you lost your temper you’d be sent off!
Anna, I thought you knew how to play! Now we’re going to lose because of you! Mitali, I warned you that if you lost your temper you’d be sent off! So off you go!

10 Mitali was grumpy. When his friends heard him swearing they decided to start off home without him.
That made him even more angry. He kicked stones all the way to his house. A

11 No way! I’m going out to play! Mitali, come back here AT ONCE!
Mitali, it’s homework time!

12 It’s not fair! Nan’s made me go to bed early!!
Grrr! What a TERRIBLE DAY!!

Count to 10 Mitali! No need to be unkind! Sorry Anna. I didn’t mean it! That was a great game. Well played Mitali! You were a real star to-day! Yeah!!

18 When Mitali got to the school gate he found all his friends waiting for him.
They chatted together all the way home.

19 Oops! I forgot… old habits die hard!
No way! I’m going out to play! Good boy Mitali. Mitali, it’s homework time! …. I mean I’ll go out to play AFTER I’ve done my homework. Oops! I forgot… old habits die hard!
