3. Proposed Solution
Provide a registration hardware and software to capture students fingerprints
Provide a Mobile Verification Hardware which can match student fingerprints (PC with fingerprint device in classroom will also work)
(reason for suggesting mobile h/w is to prevent mishandling of the unit by student when no teacher is around)
Provide a central database for registered fingerprint of student/system should also have capability to match in local databases in Mobile verification terminals
Provide a software which can take the data of verification result and process in a report to make logical conclusions about presence/Absence

Web cam support available to take photograph of user at the time of registration
Feature rich software allow easy registration and verification
USB Fingerprint scanner allow registration or one or more fingers per user for secure identity

6. This box displays company name and date and time of the system
Fingerprint is displayed here. Click here to start fingerprint identification.
Enter user Id optionally. Press go button to start fingerprint verification.
Click on auto scan checkbox to make the scanner start scanning automatically after 3 seconds (adjustable).
In Test mode no log records are created.
Click on users button to enroll new user in software
Click on setup button to configure various settings used in software

7. Fingerprint registration module
In this user registration module following things needs to be entered:
Userid: this is unique id for each user
Name: Enter name of the user
Groups: Create groups for the registration.
Sex: select gender of the person
Address: Enter address of the person
Emergency contact: Enter emergency contact for the user

8. Fingerprint Registration module
In this screen mentioned, user needs to be clicked on blue circle for the respective finger which he wants to enroll in the software.
On the scanner user needs to place finger two times for the correct finger registration.
After successful registration it shows this message. Click on finish button to complete registration
After placing same finger for two times it shows successful capturing screen

9. Verification H/w and Software
All the accessories in a single suitcase, to make so that Teachers can carry with themselves to class room
User friendly can be used to register as well as verify Students.

10. Student Fingerprint Verification
After successful verification border of fingerprint image photo will get displayed in green color and it takes first record as IN and second as OUT
For false verification fingerprint image border will be displayed in red color

11. settings in the BioDesk software:
Organization name: Here enter name of the organization for which scanner is installed.
Machine id: give unique machine id for scanner
Identification: for 1:N matching set identification level.
Verification: for 1:1 matching set verification level for the same
Auto IN/OUT: By default this checkbox is selected. Through this setting first punch will be taken as IN and second will be taken as OUT.
Scan for every seconds: Here user will be required to set timing for auto scan mode. Suppose office starts at 9 in morning. So admin wants that between 9 – 9:05 AM scanner will get start blinking automatically, so here admin can set timing for the same
Show snaps after verification: Here user can set time in settings for showing snap of finger after verification
Optimize sorting: This setting will sort database. Ie last punch made comes in first row of database
Maintain monthly log: If this setting is clicked then in the root directory path
It creates log file for the particular month after end of the month
Create text log file: If this setting is clicked then it creates log.txt file at root directory of installation
Password button: If admin wants to change his password then he can click on password button and enter new password for the same
View log: When admin click on this button he can see logs for the employees. Through this screen he can delete, modify logs
DSN: Through this screen admin can set the (DSN) Data Source Name location path for the database.

Log Records of attendance can be viewed from here.
You can save the text file in using a USB pen drive from PC and then use it in attendance software

12. Timetronix desk software is useful for recording time attendance of the students/ employees. This software is suitable for the small as well as large size companies
TimeTRONIX desk software provides easy to use time attendance reports which are used for daily routines in the company. The reports mainly comes into daily reports as well as monthly reports. In daily reports user can keep a track of employee wise, shift wise, company wise, department wise reports
In monthly reports we have included who is in report through which management can check employees attendance during office start time also.

14. You can generate classroom wise daily report (though depicted as company in the pic)

15. Who is in Report gives information as who was present on a particular date and time of attendance
Apart from these two reports there are 14 other reports given by the system related to attendance.

16. Connectivity options
If you are using a PC and Fingerprint scanner in the classroom
then you can use USB Pen drive for data transfer to the PC where time attendance reporting software is installed.
If You have LAN connection in the class room then Time Attendance software can pick the data from the connected PC through specified path
If you are using the Mobile Terminal then the same can be used with LAN or pen drive as it has all the necessary ports.
