5 Meeting Objectives Highlight major report revisions and answer Task Force Member questions. Discuss report feedback, as collected by the survey, to identify: Areas of agreement and disagreement; Ways to remedy disagreement; and Next steps for report revision. Definitions Further clarified role of County Offices of Education Enhanced emphasis on equity as part of the role of all system actors Included Equity Outcomes and Improvements as major components of the system Developed a section outlining the role of state-level leadership in Continuous Improvement efforts Major Changes in the Accountability and Continuous Improvement System Draft Report: Definitions Continuous Improvement Accountability Task Force Members continued to work on the definition of Equity, we will have an opportunity to review that in deep divers later Will develop performance until indicators are further developed Clarified Role of County Offices Enhanced the emphasis on equity as part of the role of all system actors Included Equity Outcomes and Improvements as major components of the system Included a How/Why sections Included Table 3 to illustrate the levels/intensity of support based on performance and equity ratings Included potential equity outcomes in the statewide and systems indicators table Developed a section outlining the role of state-level leadership in Continuous Improvement efforts Coordinate efforts Understand how they are collectively addressing implementation needs across the state Identify gaps in the systems of support Ensure the development of resources and supports most needed in the field. 2/22/2016
