2. Teddington RFC want to be the top of any visiting teams list as the “best club around “ because of the quality of our Rugby and our excellent attitude. This is to be the best few hours of the week for players, coaches and parents.”

3. Matches We are player centric - every one gets equal playing time.
Play to enjoy the game (Not a win at all costs mentality.)
We want all players to improve during a season.
Treat the officials and opposition with respect.

4. Training
All training sessions will be planned and co-ordinated in advance.
A Coach to arrive 20 minutes before the session so they can set up.
Players to arrive 5 minutes before a session starts, ready to go.
Players train and have fun
We want all players to improve during a season- to be the best they can be.
Players to bring appropriate personal kit
Players and parents to help look after the TRFC kit and clear up.

5. Selection Communication is king.
Teams to be communicated early in the week
Lead coach has the final say.
Players (parents) to advise of availability in advance.
Players (parents) to make coaches aware of injuries
Players are not to play when injured.
Speak to the lead coach about any questions.
Parents to help by volunteering , so the coaches can coach.
