Co-insurance, co-pays, and deductibles will apply. Contracted prices are around $800. If OOP >$349, Natera will contact patient and give them the option of cash pay for $349.
Patients can apply for compassionate care program ($145) if they make <4x the poverty limit.
Out-of-Network or Non-Covered Benefit
Price will be adjusted by Natera. Patient will pay <$200
Harmony

Co-insurance, co-pays, and deductibles will apply. Contracted prices range from $450-$700.
Financial assistance is available. Patients can also receive a 10% discount if they pay their bill within 30 days.
