5 Employees Accessing Workday Recruiting
Presenter's Name Presentation/Event Name Employees Accessing Workday Recruiting Employees view and apply to jobs internally using Workday. Employees must use Workday to apply to internal positions. You must have an active Workday account All employees must access Workday:

6 Viewing/Updating your Professional Profile

7 Viewing Professional Profile
Employees can view their current “Professional Profile” from their Workday account. Click the “Personal Information” worklet. Click “About Me”. Click “Professional Profile” tab.

8 Adding Career History Before employees apply for an internal posting, they should add their personal data into Workday. This information can be viewed when applying to an internal position. Click “Personal Information” worklet. Click “About Me”. Click “Career” tab. You can add personal details such as: “Job History” “Education” “Languages”

9 Adding Job History To manually add the details to each “Career” tab, click the “Add” button. When adding “Job History”, enter as much detail as possible. The fields with the are mandatory. If a company is not in the “Company” pick list, you can click “Create New” and manually enter the company name. Click “Add” to add additional job history. Click “Remove” to remove job history. Click “Submit” to apply the entered details to your Workday profile.

10 Adding Education Click “Education” tab. Click “Add’.
When adding “Education”, enter as much detail as possible. The fields with the are mandatory. If the school attended is not in the “School” pick list, you can click “If you cannot find the school, check here” and manually enter the school name. Click “Add” to add additional education. Click “Remove” to remove education. Click “Submit” to apply the entered details to your Workday profile.

11 Adding Languages Click “Languages” tab. Click “Add’.
Click the plus symbol to “Add Row”. Please note additional rows may be added for additional languages. Click and select the “Language”, “Ability” and “Proficiency”. If the language entered is the “Native” language, click the box in that column. Click “Submit” to apply the entered details to your Workday profile.

12 Editing Career History
Click “Career” tab. Click the tab you want to edit history from. The page will open and fields will be editable. Make the necessary edits. Click “Submit” to apply the edits to your Workday profile.

13 Removing Career History
Click “Career” tab. Click the tab you want to remove history from. The page will open and details for this item being removed will display. Click “Submit” to remove the selected item from your Workday profile.

14 Searching Internal Job Posting Career Site

15 Employees Accessing Workday Recruiting
Employees home page will display. Click on the “Career” worklet. To search for BorgWarner jobs, click on “BW Find Jobs”.

16 Search for Jobs Clicking “BW Find Jobs” will display all internal jobs for BorgWarner. The results may be filtered by entering text in the “Filter By” field. Additional filtering can be done by: Location Country Location Job Family Group Job Profiles Employee Type Time Type Click the requisition name to view more details.

17 Employees View Job Posting Details
Job details for that job will display. Employees will be able to view details such as: Job Description Recruiter Referral Bonus Supervisory Organization

18 Applying for a Job

19 Employees Applying Within the selected requisition, click “Apply”.

20 Employees Applying Apply page will display a summary of the details entered into your “Professional Profile” previously. To make edits to your profile, click “Go to Professional Profile”. To upload your resume or cover letter, click “Select files” or drop your files into the “Drop files here” box. If a document is added, the document name will display along with an “Upload” button”. To remove an uploaded document, click the trash can icon. Click “Submit”. s will be sent to: Manager HR Manager Recruiter

21 Referring a Candidate

22 Referring a Candidate Employees have the ability to refer a candidate for a job posted on the career site. An employee can refer a candidate by clicking “Refer a Candidate” button on the Career worklet. A referral can also be completed while viewing a job requisition by clicking the “Refer” button. The employee will complete the mandatory fields and provide any additional data on the “Refer a Candidate” page. A resume/cover letter may be uploaded by clicking “Drop files here” or “Select files”. When all data has been entered or files uploaded, click the “Submit” button. The candidate that was referred will receive an notifying them they had been referred by you for a job.

23 Viewing Past/Current Job Application

24 Review Past / Current Applications
After an employee has applied to an internal job, they can view all jobs they have applied to. They will return to their home page in Workday by clicking the BorgWarner logo at the top of the page. Click “Career” worklet. Click “My Applications”. The jobs that have been applied to will display.

Presenter's Name Presentation/Event Name Questions? Ask the group if they have any questions on what was covered today from a user/functional stand point.
