Review the Ohio Improvement Process Rubric for Effective Teams On the wall, place a dot under the descriptor which best fits your TBT, PLC or Focus Teams OVERALL in your building or district. (In other words, are most of your teams Exemplary, Accomplished, Developing, Beginning?) Rate your Teacher Teams
