3. Refundable
War, natural disasters, people revolution, and terrorism attack in the TN country
EP had a family emergency
EP’s visa application was denied
EP did not have legal permit to live or work in the TN country
TN company withdrew the TN
Completing the TN was dangerous to EP’s health
Any reasons other than these do not get a refund. Some of the non-refundable reasons are listed on the next slide.

4. Non-Refundable
EP found a job in home country and cannot complete the TN
EP broke realization without attempting to solve their problem with TN manager
EP was no longer interested in participating in the program
Family members did not want the EPs to go abroad.

5. Refund Application
The application needs to be mailed to the MC office.
All supporting documents such as threads, receipts of payment, or photos etc. should be sent along with the application.
Application fee is non-refundable.
