How to Create a TIMS Dashboard
TIMS (No course in your binder) Support Levels: Level 1 – LEA Steward Level 2 – ESC Support Level 3 – TEA Support Level 4 – TEA Programming Staff How many of you have ever had to use TIMS? How many of you have setup a Dashboard in TIMS so you can manage your tickets? Let’s setup TIMS Dashboards - login to TEAL If you have never done a ticket, let’s create and escalate a ticket. I will then show you what it looks like on our end and I will de-escalate it back down to you. You can then resolve it.

Access TIMS in the TSDS Portal:

You will see this screen if you have not setup a TIMS Dashboard:

Click on the TIMS Dashboards drop-down and select Manage Dashboards:

In the Manage TIMS Dashboards screen, click on Popular
In the Manage TIMS Dashboards screen, click on Popular. Then click on the L1 Support Queue:

Next you will receive a pop-up message at the top of the screen
Next you will receive a pop-up message at the top of the screen. Click on the link to ‘add it as a favorite’:

You are finished. Your TIMS Dashboard is set
You are finished! Your TIMS Dashboard is set. You should never have to do this setup again.
