PER STANFORD INDUSTRY INTERATIONS POLICY (SIIP POLICY) AND HIPPA POLICIES Representatives from pharmaceutical and device companies, external community members, or ANY non-Stanford faculty, staff or trainees are not permitted at M&M, INTERESTING CASES, OR PRE-OP CASES that use patient images or other patient data directly displayed from EPIC/PACS or any other software that contains patient information ATTENTION: Notice to all Stanford Faculty, staff, and trainees To meet HIPPA policy and maintain patient privacy, discussions regarding this presentation should not leave the room.
