In the late 1600s and early 1700s, the British government began to change some of the laws that governed the American colonies. The colonist did not always like these changes. How would you feel if the rules you had to follow changed suddenly? How do you think you would react?

In the advertisement, be sure to include:
The Name of the colony and its region
The person/group that founded it and the reason for it being created
Reasons someone might want to come to the colony (social, political, economic)
A hand-drawn map of the colony and a hand-drawn picture or two of what new settlers can anticipate in the colony
