Evaluating possible careers in a chosen career cluster will help narrow the choices. Setting goals will help create plans for education and training and additional skill sets and specialized skills. To help with planning, a person should organize the contents of the Career Portfolio, which contains evidence of achievements. Reviewing the success of the decision periodically will help monitor the success of the career plan.
