Vision & Mission The Vision of NUS is to be known as a vibrant and innovative university of excellence in research, Samoan studies, quality education and training that is responsive to Samoa’s national development needs Our Mission is to produce quality graduates from across all disciplines to meet Samoa’s human resource needs NATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF SAMOA (NUS) MIT Pasifika Community Centre, Otara, NZ Peer Review Workshop and Open Forum 6-7 November Established in 1984 by an Act of Parliament (it is now about 33 years old) NUS consists of 6 Faculties and 2 Centres

NUS has 6 Faculties (Arts, Applied Science, Business & Entrepreneurship, Education, Health Sciences, and Science) NUS also has 2 Centres – The Centre for Samoan Studies (CSS), and The Oloamanu Centre for Professional Development & Continued Education (OCPDCE) NATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF SAMOA (NUS) MIT Pasifika Community Centre, Otara, NZ Peer Review Workshop and Open Forum 6-7 November Established in 1984 by an Act of Parliament (it is now about 33 years old) NUS consists of 6 Faculties and 2 Centres
