Analyzes
Standard: Rutting, IRI, sociaeconimic effekt Speed, and frafic volume. Safety, co2 emissions, noice etc
Objektive measurement: km km (2015) RST with 17 lasers. Since middle 60 ths
PMSv3: Condition , road,drenage, picture and some information are public
3year planing: 70% is done in 3 year period.
Procurement: 5 or 10 year warrenty. No PPP
Repport: Whats done

6. Pavement roads not approved.
Example:
Roadtype 1 is about 4 %, roadtype 5 and 4 is 50%
For each district (5)
6% done every year, 7-8 % needed in 10 years.
