Army Reserve Soldiers assigned to Army Reserve Medical Command’s 7239th Medical Support Unit partnered with Fort Peck Indian Health Service in Poplar, Montana to provide medical and dental care services The 373rd Combat Sustainment Brigade, Texas Army Reserve, assisted the local authorities with relief efforts in the wake of Hurricane Harvey Soldiers of the 471st Engineer Company removed trees, bushes, downed power lines, and other debris in Puerto Rico after Hurricane Maria Five Army Reserve soldiers made history as the First DoD Federal Coordinating Center activated for disaster relief Twice the Soldier – Twice as Strong. Sergeant First Class Alicia Hofmann rescues a man from a burning vehicle 316 Sustainment Command (Expeditionary) provides support to Operation Inherent Resolve in Iraq and Syria

3 Mar 2017: 3,000 U.S. Service members deployed to join the 28,000 Soldiers stationed in South Korea for Exercise Foal Eagle 9 Mar 2017: 10th Combat Aviation Brigade deploys to Romania as part of Operation Atlantic Resolve Jul 2017: Members of the 13th Expeditionary Sustainment Command, 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault) deployed to Libreville, Gabon for Exercise Judicious Activation Sep 2017: Members of the 6th Battalion,101st General Support Aviation Brigade deployed to Puerto Rico to provide medevac support after Hurricane Maria Sep 2017: Members of the 1st Stryker Brigade Combat Team trained with 300 Japanese Soldiers at Yakima Training Center, Washington during Exercise Rising Thunder 20 Oct 2017: 3rd Squadron, 2nd Stryker Regiment assumed responsibility over Battle Group Poland in support of NATO’s enhanced Forward Presence Initiative
