Kasha Chocolate Chip Granola Bars
Ingredients: 1 cup Kasha buckwheat grouts 1 cup rolled oats ½ cup Sun Butter or peanut butter 1/3 cup honey or agave syrup ¼ cup shredded coconut ¼ cup chocolate chips or raisins (or both) Directions: Preheat oven to 350°. Line an 8 x 8 inch pan with parchment paper or oil. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Press the mixture down into the prepared pan. Bake for 25 minutes. When the pan is cool, place it into the fridge for 10 minutes or so, then cut into squares or bars. Serve and store excess in the fridge.
