2. Introduction “PAIX” is a French word which means peace.
We believe that one thing that unites us globally is peace and we should always strive for that.
We also believe that we can create harmony within ourselves when we are at peace.

3. INTRODUCTION TO LALA LAJPATRAI COLLEGE OF COMMERCE AND ECONOMICS
The Lala Lajpatrai memorial trust was formed in 1959 on the eve of the birth centenary celebration of the late Lala Lajpatrai to work for the objectives which were so dear and near to Lalaji’s heart.
This college is one of the best colleges academically and is working harder everyday to be better.
There are a number of events in this college and all of them are exceptional in their own field.

4. ACHIEVEMENTS
The students of Lala Lajpatrai college of commerce and economics have been triumphant in many events on the national as well as international level.
These includes academic as well as co curricular activities such as debate, speech, singing, instrumentals, etc.
Lala Lajpatrai college has produced many great minds as well one of them being the great and successful director Mr. Sanjay Leela Bhansali.

5. COLLEGE CROWD
There are approximately 2000 students in Lala Lajpatrai Junior College.
There are almost 3000 students who are in degree college.
Students from all over Mumbai come to this college for both junior and degree college.

6. COLLEGES PARTICIPATING
Colleges from all over Mumbai are going to participate in our inter college conference.
We are expecting a footfall of students.
The students will be participating in the debate which will be related to the current affairs of India and worlds current affairs.

7. EVENT
We the students of Lala college of F.Y.BCOM! Plan to hold a debate regarding the current affairs of India, and global scenarios the divisions of the teams would be appropriately decided.
The topics would be given to them well in advance and would give them sufficient time to prepare.
The duration of the event will be for two days and it is most likely to be in the month of december.

The logo of the company will be displayed on the billboard of our event.
Banners of the company will be put up throughout our college.

Name of the company will be printed on the brochure and advertising products of our company.
Online promotion will be provided.

10. STALLS FOR SPONSORSHIP
Attracting many young college students.
Area of the stall is 8 by 5 and height of 9 feet.
Advertising the products during events depending upon the
amount.

11. PURPOSE OF THE NGO
We have visited an NGO called Vatsalya at Mahalaxmi which takes care of the children from the age of 5 to 15.
They look after the children for their food, shelter and education.
With the goodwill of the NGO, we would receive quick sponsorships.
We will tap more NGO’s in the coming days as well!

12. AMOUNT DISTRIBUTION
What ever surplus amount we receive at the end of the event, shall be distributed to the NGO’s.
(i.e. 25% of the profits. This may vary.)
