2. Christian Hope 1 Peter 1:3 1 Peter 3:15
Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! In his great mercy he has given us new birth into a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead

But in your hearts set apart Christ as Lord. Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have

3. The glorious appearing of our great God and Saviour, Jesus Christ
Titus 2:11-13
For the grace of God that brings salvation has appeared to all men. It teaches us to say “No” to ungodliness and worldly passions, and to live self-controlled, upright and godly lives in this present age, while we wait for the blessed hope - the glorious appearing of our great God and Saviour Jesus Christ

4. The redemption of our bodies
Romans 8:23-25
Not only so, but we ourselves, who have the firstfruits of the Spirit, groan inwardly as we wait eagerly for our adoption as sons, the redemption of our bodies.  For in this hope we were saved. But hope that is seen is no hope at all. Who hopes for what he already has?  But if we hope for what we do not yet have, we wait for it patiently.

5. The hope of righteousness
Galatians 5:5 (NIV)
But by faith we eagerly await through the Spirit the righteousness for which we hope

For through the Spirit, by faith, we ourselves eagerly wait for the hope of righteousness

6. Sharing in the glory of God
Romans 5:1-5
Therefore, since we have been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ. Through him we have also obtained access by faith into this grace in which we stand, and we rejoice in hope of the glory of God. More than that, we rejoice in our sufferings, knowing that suffering produces endurance, and endurance produces character, and character produces hope, and hope does not put us to shame, because God's love has been poured into our hearts through the Holy Spirit who has been given to us.

7. The hope of eternal life
Titus 1:2
A faith and knowledge, resting on the hope of eternal life, which God, who does not lie, promised before the beginning of time
