5. What we have done this year
Thorough review of all applications identified 459 students with high risk factors:
Prior behaviour issues
Learning support need
NEET
EAL
Support in place from day 1
238 student at half term
All students on a study programme have access to a Personal Support Tutor

6. So what has the impact been?
78% of students identified as high risk of not achieving their qualification achieved and had positive progression 13/14.
238 students receiving some form of support 14/15.
Reduced early leavers by 25% 14/15
