11. Cortical drill and Screw tap
In case of dense bone situation or a thick cortex the cortical drill is mandatory to avoid compression around the implant neck
When the depth marking of the screw tap is aligned with the implant length, the apical portion is not pre-tapped for higher initial stability with the implant

12. Drill sequence for medium bone
Drill protocol has been verified to be suitable for seating of the implant at max. 45Ncm in the different bone densities
