Oral Presentation Organization
Each oral presentation session will have one chair and one co-chair. Session Chair and co-Chair Will make sure that all scheduled speakers are present. Will make sure the presentations are ready for display. Session Chair Will briefly announce each talk (topic and presenters). Will lead the discussion session. Session co-Chair Will keep track of time (9+2+1 format). Organize clean transitions between talks.
