Gender equality and the VR review were discussed at the Board meeting
Need to take further actions
Proposal: Increase the attractiveness to recruit female postdocs by providing twice the funding for female top ranked postdocs

13. Internal Seminar Series [MA]
Is the steam getting out of ISS? Hard to get speakers.
Recall our conclusions from Aug 2010:
ISS should continue to be mandatory.
Have a couple of presentations per year that talk about visions.
Continue to introduce new ACCESS members through the series.
It is important that the series remain innovative with new features every year. Suggest that Joakim Jaldén be chairperson of ISS, responsible for creative development of the series.
Book smaller lecture hall.
