Employees purchasing eligible life, dental or vision insurance as a UND Payroll deduction will automatically have these premiums pre-taxed unless you sign the waiver form
If you pre-tax you must maintain the same level of coverage. Changes can only be made during the annual open enrollment or because of a life style change.
