1 Why Give out Tiger Dollars?
PBS Incentives

2 Increasing Participation
The kids know they will get Tiger Dollars so they can go to more incentives Receiving tiger dollars makes kids feel good

3 Preventative Measure In the hallways, if people know they will get Tiger Dollars for helping people in the halls they will do it more. But, if you don’t give out Tiger Dollars people wont care. If people know they will get Tiger Dollars for good grades then they will want to study more. In the cafeteria, once a week pick the best table and give each person from that table a Tiger Dollar. Then pick a best table for the marking period for each lunch.

4 Save Time And Work Handing out Tiger Dollars to people for good behavior, then more people will have more good behavior, then you won’t have to write as many write ups.

5 Less Punishing More Rewarding
Punishing is still good for bad behavior, but rewarding good behavior EVERY TIME YOU SEE IT then people will gradually improve their behavior. Be consistent with giving out Tiger Dollars

6 People Do Use Their Tiger Dollars

7 Ideas To Improve Behavior
Have a behavior chain in every class and the first class to reach the floor with the chains or a certain number of chains. Every time the class does something good then you add a chain. When the first class reaches the floor let them decide on a reward (Idea credits to Miss. Tarrant)

8 PBS Activities 313 students attended the Fall festival
76 students attended the trampoline park The trampoline park was earlier in the year so therefore there were less people able to attend. Also the actual money price might affect some of the students The reason there was only 76 students at Launch because teachers didn’t give out enough tiger dollars

9 Thank You For Your Time
