Photo catalysis is a process of degradation (mainly of oxidative nature) of pollutants and microbial most widespread in the environment. The process is achieved through "photo-active" substances, ie activated by sunlight or artificial light. Photo catalysis is an eco-active cleaning system, depolluting, bactericidal, cleaning and odor reducer, which destroys harmful particles to the health and keeps all surfaces clean and protected from the most widespread pollutants. The main "conductor" is titanium dioxide that is applied to any surface, by application of water-based paints.

Its transparency makes it ideal for the outer surfaces of both historic and modern residential buildings, for glass and plastic not subject to mechanical rubbing and for exposed stonework in particularly polluted environments.
Our eco-paints are produced with an innovative formulation developed after a long period of research and development, and are also active under artificial light. Any light source, even with a low luminous flux output, ensures that the product is activated and that its self-cleaning, antimicrobial, purifying and odour-reducing properties are effective. This action is able to purify the air by reducing NOx by 80% (tests performed by the chemistry department of the University of Turin).
