Alicia joined the BuilderMT start-up team in February 1999 bringing with her over 15 years of experience in the engineering procurement and construction management industry. Working for industry giants Flour Daniel and Raytheon Engineers & Constructors, she was instrumental as a leading purchasing agent / subcontract administrator on several projects including the over $200 million dollar Newmont Gold grass roots project in Batu Hijau Indonesia.
Alicia has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a double emphasis in Management and Finance and a minor in Accounting.
As Director of Operations at BuilderMT, Alicia oversees all facets of the daily operation of the organization. She ensures that sound legal policies and procedures are followed, including compliance with contract requirements and with statutes and regulations applicable to the organization.
