4. Other Important Things
Rules & Regulations, Time/Dive Trials, Varsity Letter Policy; FCPS Participation Policy
All ride the bus to and from practice/meets unless prior approval granted (and proper paperwork completed)
Pool Days (M, T, W, Th - Swim; M, T, Th - Dive)
-meet at 3:00 by office, take attendance, bus departs at 3:10 pm - if you are late or drive to the pool, it is up to you to sign in
-depart Lee District by 5 pm, return to Hayfield by 5:15 - tell parents to be ON TIME
-5 lanes M, T, TH (with Edison)
-4 lanes on Wednesday
If you dive AND swim - expected to be at swim on Wednesdays; practice with relays on Thursdays as time permits

5. Spirit Wear and Team Positions
Spirit Wear - all required to buy caps, t-shirt, and have team suit (goggle and fins required as well but sold separately). Gear to be ordered online
Captains
Let me know if interested – to be determined prior to 1st meet
Expected to be at most practices; all meets from start to finish. Help at practice as needed, disseminates s or group texts to the team, lead warm-ups during meets.  Creates poster-size meet sheets for meets.  Organizes the team at meets and ensures all athletes are where they should be.  Attends coaches meeting with Coaches at meets.  Assists with informational meetings and conducts activities including making flyers or posting flyers around school with Coaches.  Assists with team bonding events and fundraisers as required.     
Website Manger. Works with the coach to ensure website is up to date
Team Manager #1. Required to assist with meets including creating swimmer cards, handing them out, help with restaurant nights
Team Manager #2. Required to assist with inputting swim times into database during meets
