This session will provide an introduction to IBM Watson - what it is, what it is not and how it works with existing systems. It will provide a view on how industry is using it today to grow and differentiate themselves from their peers. Biography Dev Mookerjee is Technical Executive for IBM Watson in the Asia Pacific Region. He has built and led the technical team for the region from the formation of the IBM Watson Group. Dev has over fifteen years experience in advising organisations across most major industries in enterprise applications with a specific focus advanced analytics. Before joining the Watson team, Dev was the IBM Global Technical Ambassador for Social Media Analytics. Currently Dev focusses on advising enterprises on how to harness the capabilities of Cognitive Technologies and Artificial Intelligence techniques to differentiate themselves and accelerate their growth.
