Told from the perspective of a narrator who is not a character in the story. Perspective is limited to just actions and dialogue that can be seen and heard and/or the thoughts of one character.

Told by an all knowing narrator who is not a character in the story.

Third Person--Omniscient
Told from the perspective of an all knowing narrator who is not a character in the story. Perspective includes actions and dialogue that can be seen and heard as well as thoughts and feelings inside of multiple characters’ heads.

HOMEWORK Find a paragraph, or selection of text in your PCR book that illustrates the novel’s point of view. Use a post it to mark the passage and identify the specific point of view. Note any PROOF in the text.
