Lottery Funding Funding for a natural, built and cultural heritage. Number of different programmes. Funds a wide range of projects, up to £10,000 HLF – must link to heritage. Not just a path. Could be heritage or biodiversity trail Legacy 2014 Facilities not activities. Grants of between £10,000 and £100,000 are available for a very wide range of community-led projects such as new bike or skate parks, outdoor adventure facilities, walking routes, or new projects within school estates. (For projects that require funding of less than £10,000 please apply to Awards for All.) Round 3 deadline Feb 14 Between £10,000 and £100,000 for community led projects including walking routes

Lottery Funding Investing in Ideas
Small grants (up to £2000) to encourage people to take up sport or physical activity Community Spaces Scotland £10,000 to £250,000 to get people more healthy and active – currently closed More people take part in physical activity More people volunteer in physical activity More people and communities are brought together through taking part or volunteering in physical activity Funds equipment, coaching, open days etc Community Spaces – liikely to open again next year. Communities come together to make better use of local spaces and places Communities come together to improve their environment Communities come together to get healthier and be more active. We expect to fund a wide range of activities involving meeting spaces, recreation, and community green spaces. Examples include providing facilities for community activity through developing and improving: local parks community paths and gardens play parks allotments community centres and village halls. Investing in Ideas Up to £10,000. feasibility studies etc. Could also use A4A for this. Investing in Ideas Grants to help work up your project including feasibility studies

Grant funding up to £1500 is available to support your group to improve and develop local paths in your community. Grant funding up to £1500 is available to support your group to improve and develop local paths in your community. This fund is now open for projects to apply. All work on your project must be completed by the 30th March 2014. If you are interested in applying for funding please speak to our Local Paths Development Officer to discuss your ideas and the application process. Develop and improve local path infrastructure Encourage local people to use their local paths more frequently Increase local volunteering opportunities
