Would you pursue this career?
Sofia: I would not pursue this career mainly because I am not good at helping people out especially when it comes to children and because of the environment. I wouldn't want be in an office and I think the emotional toll is something I wouldn't be able to handle. Nataly: I wouldn’t pursue this career because I personally don’t see my personality fitting with this career. A very important trait in this career is compassion over other which I personally lack. I would also act out of instinct if I saw a child in danger instead of waiting to legally process everything. The work schedule that social workers have is very demanding and you have to be available at all hours of the day because of situations that may happen.
