Among people through Social network. interaction Son Kullanıcı Turist Social Media Purpose & Analysis of the Research 1-To define the importance of tourism in N.Cyprus (casino tourism mainly from Turkey) 2-Different types of Hotel Accom. in N.Cyprus & the Quality of those hotels(Price Factor) 3-To analyze upper rate hotels with small and medium sized hotels through S.M(Internet ) 4- To analyze the usage of S.M. as a Marketing Tool of all those different types of Hotel (GRM) .

RESEARCH QUESTIONS First part of the Questionnaire The analysis of different hotels service quality and guests expectations by means of decision making process. a The service quality increases as the star rate increases in the same proportion. b- 5 star hotels are preferred (57.8 % ),(24.3% 4*),(16.8%3*) Second Part of the Questionnaire. How Internet (CRS ) effects guests reservations on general occupancy rates of those hotels. A- the usage of internet is increasing its impoortance B- The hotels generally do not aware of the importance of Social Media C- CRS is around 13 %

Outcomes of the Survey Internet Usage has increased (booking.trivago,agoda. com and HRS ) Twitter, Facebook comments do not have impact. Some web portals such as Trip advisor, Wikipedia so vital Guests final decision making processes Hotels web sites reservations are ranging between % 5 star hotels are mostly preffered hotels by means of quality &service and price Repeat Guests are so high

SOCIAL MEDIA FUTURE TRENDS IN N.CYPRUS HOTELS Internet Reservations
A- critical succes factors awareness improves GRM implementation B-Top Management support and user involvement are so necessary for GRM utilization GRM (Guest Relationship Management tools should be improved ) A- GRM has a significant on hotels overall performance B-Technolgy usage is the mean for a superior GRM performance
