1. POTATO PANCAKE - RECIPE

2. Ingredients: One kilo of potatoes One egg One huge onion
One spoon of salt
A bit of pepper
Three spoons of flour
Sunflower oil

3. Basic things:
One big bowl
One pan
Knife
Spoon
Grater

4. Firstly you must do:
Cut potatoes and onions

5. Secondly:
Wash in cold water potatoes and onion

6. Thirdly:
Chafe potatoes. Later we’re cutting finely onion and all ingredients mix.

7. Later:
Into the bulk, we’re adding egg and three spoons of flour,pepper and salt. We’re all mixing.

8. Finally:
We’re switching on cooker. We.’re putting pan with sunflower oil. We’re putting into the pan spoon of potatoe bulk. We’re forming small pancakes. We’re frying pancakes three- four minutes.

9. Delicious pancakes:
We’re putting pancakes on plate. Later we must wash dirty dishes.
