10 What we need? Patient portal design input
Keeping the public informed – what works? Information sharing & access control representation Oversight of what’s included in JUYI and who can see it in the future There are several ways in which we would like to get your involvement:

11 Patient Portal Workshop Spring/Summer 2018
Design and content of the Patient Portal What works and what doesn’t What are the barriers to use? A further update at will be available at the next PPG meeting in February Looking for users of currently available portals, such as GP Online to participate in workshop

12 Communications How do you want to be kept updated?
JUYI website: Practice information Looking for volunteers to join this conversation Virtual discussion and updates followed by workshop in early 2018 We want you to let us know how, where and when you want to be updated. Examples of letters, leaflets, posters What does your practice do? How to target new patients and young people over 16 Focus on primary care – should info be available in other settings e.g. libraries What we have done – summary Get Healthwatch input

13 ISACGG Information Sharing & Access Control Governance Group
Information Governance (IG) leads Clinicians Patient representatives What information is included within JUYI Who will be able to see that information Current usage – is it appropriate? Audits – are we checking the right things? We are looking for 2 patient representatives Meetings to start in line with the JUYI go-live date and will be held every 2 months, at Sanger House

14 What else is happening? All GP practices in Gloucestershire are being asked to sign up to: GISPA (Gloucestershire Information Sharing Partnership Agreement) JUYI SISA (Specific Information Sharing Agreement) JUYI Access Agreement At present, 65% of practices have signed up On-going patient consent Following the mail out in 2016, all new patients should be informed about JUYI and their consent recorded when registering at their GP Practice
