4. Focusing: Center slide on stage directly over light
Rotate nosepiece to 4X objective
Through ocular adjust light w/ diaphragm
Focus with coarse then fine adjustment
Rotate nosepiece to higher X as needed
Use only fine adjustment knob to focus
Adjust light as needed
