YOUNG CHEF AIMS TO ENCOURAGE YOUNG’S TO :- Develop cookery skills & food presentation skills. To consider healthy eating options The competition is planned for students in full time secondary school education. Prove their organizational and planning skills and their ability to cope in demanding situation. Is the platform where students can showcase there talent. Career Awareness towards hospitality.

YOUNG CHEF COMPETITION 2017 Competition held in 5 cities (Jaipur, Ajmer, Udaipur, Beawar, Pushkar) 50+ school participated 120+ teams participated in competition Total 800 students showed there talent in first round. TESTING ROUND

CHALLENGE ROUND From 120+ team 60 team qualified for the next level. 18 schools were qualified for this round. Competition held at Ananta institute of hotel management and allied studies, Jaipur, on 16 to 18 November 2017. And 25 th Nov. 2017 at Pushakr. Talent has been judged by our Honorable judges chef Anurag, chef Surendar, chef Daniel, chef Umang, chef Saurabh.

BATTLE ROUND Total 14 team qualified for 3 rd round. The competition was held at Ananta institute of hotel management and allied studies, Jaipur, on 28 th & 29th November 2017.
