 Introduction:  Dust Collector Valve  Maniks Dust Collector Valve Description  Working  Our Specialty  Highlights of Dust Collector Valve  Features of Dust Collector Valve  Use of Dust Collector Valve  About us http://www.maniks.com/sequential-controller.html

 Dust Collector Controller:

 Maniks Dust Collector Controller:  Dust collector controller is best design of Maniks intended to use to operate pulse valves. We are comparing and contrasting few of our controllers, as well as discussing how it could help you to more effectively protect your dust collector system in the most conservative manner without compromising on any quality issues. Optimum usage of dust collectors will result in revenue generation, reduce cost, save energy and increase profits. Dust collector controller  Maniks ranks amongst the India’s leading supplier of Maniks Dust Collector Controller for dust collector valve. We have proven our quality in terms of efficiency and performance since last three decades. We specialize in designing and manufacturing such electromechanical products for industrial plants. http://www.maniks.com/sequential-controller.html

 Solid State Dust Collector Controller /Sequential Timer Manufactured by Maniks:  To Start and stop the Controller Two independent methods are provided. They are as follows:  1) The first strategy will consequently stop the sequence and reset the Controller to the initial valve position whenever A. C. power is detached and then again reconnected.  2) The second one is by a remote control contact associated with the terminals provided. At the point when the remote contact is opened, the execution stops. When the remote contact is released, the execution proceeds from the previous.  http://www.maniks.com/sequential-controller.html http://www.maniks.com/sequential-controller.html

 Solid State Dust Collector Controller /Sequential timer Operation:  The Dust Collector Controller gives continuous sequential energization of associated loads. The "Power On" light emitting diode (LED) gives visual indication and the Pulse Valve number 1 is immediately charged, when power is applied to the sequential led controller. LED provides visual indication of this event as "Output 1".  Pulse valve number 2 will consequently be charged at some time span after pilot valve number 1 has been discharged. This time span will be as shown by the setting of the "Pulse Frequency / off time" control. "Output 2” LED will give appropriate visual indication that this function is occurring. The Controller will continue to sequentially energize the pilot valves until the power is detached. http://www.maniks.com/sequential-controller.html

 Requirement in a Dust Collector System  Dust is produced in each and every manufacturing industry such as Cement, Steel, Bakery, Metal Plant, Food and Beverage industry etc. Hence the dust collector system must be available in such industries. Dust Collector Controller provides automatic sequential operation to the overall system.  Maniks Dust Collector Controller is specially designed to operate the MANIKS solenoid pilot valves used for dust collector system. In Dust Collector Controller Light emitting diodes (LEDs) provide visual of which pilot valve is being energized as well as "Power On" indication. The number of sequenced steps performed is adjustable from 2 through 10. Controls are provided to adjust the length of time between valves being de-energized (Pulse Frequency / off time) and the length of time that the valve is energized (Pulse Duration / on time). Silicon semiconductor components control all timing and logic Functions. Maniks http://www.maniks.com/sequential-controller.html

 There are two methods recommended for starting and stopping the Controller.  The first method will automatically stop the sequence and reset the Controller to the first valve position whenever A. C. power is removed and then reconnected.  The second method is by a remote control contact connected to the terminals provided. When the remote contact is opened, the sequence stops. When the remote contact is reclosed, the sequence continues from the previous. In sequential counter both the methods are performed in predetermined order. http://www.maniks.com/sequential-controller.html

 Advantages over Other Manufacturers  The Dust Collector Controller by Maniks has following preferences  It is a Cost effective item  Provides top notch execution for longer life  Automatic control to the framework is conceivable  Consumes low Time and Power  Ease of establishment and upkeep  Possess Good stream attributes  Ensures availability  Superior Support  Unequalled quality and reliability http://www.maniks.com/ http://www.maniks.com/sequential-controller.html
