What You Need To Know AT&T Corporate Goal = 21.5% There are 4 categories of diverse suppliers: Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) Woman Business Enterprise (WBE) Service Disabled- Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Business Enterprise (LGBTBE) In 2016, AT&T spent $14.2 billion with diverse suppliers

Tier II – Prime Supplier Program (PSP) AT&T also encourages subcontracting opportunities for diversity-owned businesses by contractually requiring supplier diversity participation from our Prime Suppliers.

Executive Scholarships Business Growth Acceleration Program Prime Supplier Program Affordable access to high-quality education and training for small and medium diversity business leaders. Graduate-level executive-management scholarships awarded to assist diverse suppliers in their pursuit of operational excellence. A national mentoring program for diverse – owned Business Leaders Entrepreneurial Leadership Program at John F. Kennedy University Established in 1989, it has become one of the most essential efforts within the AT&T Supplier Diversity Program. Increases the prime suppliers utilization of diverse businesses in the AT&T supply chain through subcontracting/tier 2 arrangements. Prime suppliers establish their own supplier diversity program and develop an annual plan outlining how their company will provide better business solutions by working with diverse businesses.
