Fig. 1 A renal mass sizing 85mm×62mm×80mm was detected in the left upper pole of the left kidney. The mass had heterogeneously complex signal intensities on precontrast T1- and T2-weighted images and showed heterogeneous contrast enhancement on postgadolinium series. Associated large lymphadenopathies obliterating the fatty planes around the left adrenal gland, left renal vein and artery were detected in combination with liver metastases reaching 10cm in diameter size.
