For Knowledge Worker: Send for Signature improvements: 'Send for Signature' service has an improved for those requesting signatures, with a simplified landing page and a more guided experience for adding form fields. For Knowledge Worker: Export PDF Improvements: (Continuous/Subscription only) Export PDF to Word: Tables and TOC detection are improved. Export PDF to PowerPoint: Issues around word spacing, textbox formation for chart labels, and list bullet appearance are fixed. Performance and memory handling are improved to reduce the “Not Enough Memory” errors cases. Create PDF add-on made compatible with latest Firefox versions (Continuous/Subscription only) The Create PDF add-on for Firefox has been migrated to the new web extension based model that is mandated by Firefox. The updated add-on is similar in experience and functionality as compared to the existing Chrome extension, and supports the following functionalities: Convert Webpage to PDF, Convert Webpage and add to existing PDF, and Open a PDF in Acrobat from Firefox. Improved Accessibility: (Continuous/Subscription only) This release makes it easier to ensure the accuracy of a tagged PDF.  The 2 accessibility improvements include: Show role mapped tags for INDD files: Automatically see PDF/UA tag in the Tag Tree instead of the original tag when it has been role mapped Easy remediation of Tables, Header / Footers:  Easily correct tables by associating header cells to multiple row/col cells. Cell Ids will be automatically generated with context, so no need to manually create IDs. Data cells without headers will be automatically highlighted. © 2017 Adobe Systems Incorporated. For IT: Named User Support for Windows Terminal Server: (Continuous/Subscription only) Grant your employees secure remote access to the Acrobat functionality they need, while ensuring compliance and centralizing user license management on WTS with named user support. 6 Summar y Test conducted concluded that Trial with Payment Info resulted in a significant increase in Units and ARR with minimal impact to Retention (to date) Based on success of trial we will have changes to Acrobat trial on the website What this means is that in order to try Acrobat in a trial a customer will have to enter their payment information For the channel, we have a url that does not require payment you can give to your customers.. 9 Summar y Changes to storage limits:
DC free accounts get 2GB of free storage (helpx FAQ pages misstate this as 5GB in some places; in actuality to date free accounts have been given 101GB – never marketed as such! – and now will drop to the just 2GB) Acrobat DC subscription goes from 101GB to 100GB (we never stated the amount anyway) Acrobat PDF Services go from 101GB to 20GB (we always only said 20GB anyway) Single-app Creative Cloud apps go from 20GB to 100GB for each app subscription Creative Cloud All Apps subscriptions go from 20 GB to 100GB total across all CC apps used as part of the subscription New storage provisioning will be additive across DC, CC If you have a Photoshop individual subscription and an Acrobat Pro DC individual subscription, you’ll get 100GB for each for a total of 200GB. Store 1GB on Creative Cloud and the remaining 199GB on Document Cloud or vice versa or any amounts across the two that adds up to 200GB or less across the clouds © 2017 Adobe Systems Incorporated. Updating new storage limits for DC started on Sept 28 to synch with MAX timing Web updates will be reflected mainly on the CC pricing page, helpx pages, and Adobe Account Plan Details summaries pages Existing customers will have their quotas updated over the course of the following month as their billing cycle comes due Free users and Annual billing will have their quotas updated by batch script, which may take several weeks to run New One Quota service goes live November 6 © 2017 Adobe Systems Incorporated.
